Initial test preparation
First, get through the Initial.
Most candidates never reach ISSB. The Initial test is where the field is cut, and it is the first thing we work on.
Intelligence tests
Verbal and non-verbal reasoning at board speed — series, analogies, matrices, coding and figure work, practised against the clock.
Academic test
The written paper for your chosen service: English, Mathematics, general knowledge and Islamic studies, matched to the entry you are applying for.
Physical standards
The run, push-ups, sit-ups and chin-ups you will be measured on, trained for daily on our ground — plus honest advice about height and medical standards.
ISSB preparation
Then, the four days that decide it.
The board watches you for four days. Everything below is practised here until it is second nature.
Psychological tests
Word association, picture story, sentence completion and the self description — practised under real timings, then reviewed one to one.
GTO tasks
Group discussion, group planning, progressive group task, half group task, individual obstacles, command task and the lecturette — run on ground, not explained on a whiteboard.
Interview
Full panel interview practice: personal history, current affairs, service knowledge and the questions candidates are least ready for.
Mock ISSB
A complete board run end to end — screening, psychological battery, GTO ground tasks and interview — followed by a written debrief of your strengths and the gaps to close.
Two ways to join

Questions
ISSB, answered.
Candidates preparing for the Pakistan Army Long Course (including 159 Long Course), Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Air Force commissions. Typically that is candidates aged about 17 to 23, depending on the entry they are applying for. The program is currently for male candidates.
Yes. This is our newest offering. Online ISSB and Initial preparation runs across Pakistan over live video classes, with the same psychological practice, GTO planning work and interview sessions as the campus program. Register your interest on the ISSB page and we will call you with the next batch date.
Intelligence tests (verbal and non-verbal), the academic test for your chosen service, and the physical standards you will be measured against — including the run, push-ups, sit-ups and chin-ups.
The psychological battery — word association, picture story, sentence completion and the self description — plus GTO tasks: group discussion, group planning, progressive group task, half group task, command task, individual obstacles and the lecturette. We also run interview practice and a full mock ISSB before you report.
Course length depends on how close your call-up letter is and whether you are joining the campus or online batch. Call 0306 000 7153 and we will fit a schedule to your reporting date.
Height, weight and medical standards are set by the service you are applying to, not by us, and they differ between the Army, Navy and Air Force and between entries. We go through the current standards with every candidate at the start of the course and advise you honestly about where you stand.
Your call-up letter or the entry advertisement you are applying against, your CNIC and academic documents, a notebook, and sports kit for physical training. Everything else — practice material, mock papers and GTO equipment — is provided.
It runs like the real board. You go through the screening, the full psychological battery under timed conditions, the GTO ground tasks with a group, and a formal interview. You then get a written debrief on where you were strong and exactly what to fix before you report.
